I agree that the presentation is a bit disorganized but the information given is factual. This is a good read if one blends it with other books written in the 60's-'90's: "None Dare Call it Treason/Education/Conspiracy", "The Naked Communist/Capitalist", "Shadows of Power", "Secret War Against the Jews" and "Tragedy and Hope". With that said, reality has unfolded pretty much as depicted within these former books. Very interesting read.

The authour took on a role as point man and organizer of most of this book, rather than writer. The book is somewhat disorganized in sequence and presentation of topics. The substance is largely provided by two contributers, Al Cuppett and Pam Schuffert. They are both fairly well known by those on the cutting edge in "conspiracy theory". Both present their information in the form of reports.
The thesis is that things are in place to carry out martial law here in the United States. All that is needed is the order or an event to trigger it. Their reports are both personal and anecdotal. Among the things covered are: foreign troops and their locations, heavily guarded but unoccupied concentration camps just waiting for inmates, boxcars with shackles and even sightings of guillotines. There are some that review past crises like 911, Waco and Oklahoma City and government's possible role in them. Another underlying theme is that Christians and Jews are particularly at risk. Most everything in this book can be read about somewhere else and much of it can be documented. Whether or not any of this will come to fruition, we don't know. But what bothers me is that it can.
