| This may be an effective, helpful book; however, I could not make it through the first chapter as a result of the countless references made towards Christian values and God. Let me say that I have absolutely nothing against a person who wishes to preach the word of God. On the contrary, I am encouraged by those who believe this is their calling. Unfortunately, I did not purchase this book to be inspired; I purchased this book to understand the author's perception of valuable communication skills.
